As an LLC, Artistic Minds Institute is a private educational institute that specializes in education in the musical arts. Located in Tupelo, MS, Artistic Minds Institute offers private and semi-private lessons in the musical arts including: piano, drums, electric guitar, bass guitar, voice and music theory. Artistic Minds Institute also offers audio engineering and studio recording services.

Two-Year Goals

• Build a fully functional online campus of Artistic Minds Institute

• Have multiple CD/DVD teaching series

• Sell musical instruments, products and resources on our website and at the physical school location

Five-Year Goals

• Have a total of two locations in the state of Mississippi

• Have a 750-member student body, combined from the two physical locations and the online campus

10-Year Goals

• Have a total of four locations strategically placed throughout the United States

• Have a 1,500-member student body, combined from the four physical locations and the online campus

What is the registration process?

Call/email the Registration Department to set up a Registration Meeting or register online via our website.

What are the fees?

Our fees include Registration Fee, Deposit and Tuition.

How much does the classes cost?

Each class costs $100 per month and there are 4 classes per month.

How long is one semester?

A half semester is three months, a full semester is 6 months and a double semester is 6 months.

How much does each semester cost?

A half semester costs $300, a full semester cost $600 and a full semester cost $1200.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes. The registration fee is $30. The registration fee is due at time of registration.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. The basic deposit is $30. Each deposit is different for each area of study.

What is the deposit for and what does it cover?

The deposit is solely for the student's benefit. It covers the cost of any and all books, supplies or materials that are and/or may be needed for the student during the period of the semester.

When is the deposit due?

The deposit is due on date of registration.

Is the deposit refundable after the semester is complete?

The deposit is non-refundable. However, if the student enrolls in a recurring semester then, with approval from the instructor, the student can utilize any books, supplies or materials from the previous semester. If new books, supplies or materials are needed for the upcoming semester, then a new deposit will be required.

Must tuition be paid in full before the first day of class?

Yes. Tuition can be paid during registration or on the first day of class.

Must the student have his/her own instrument or computer?

It is not a requirement that the student have his/her own instrument or computer to participate in class. However, it is highly recommended that the student have access to an instrument or computer outside of class for homestudy and/or practice as this will help in the learning process.

If the student has interest in more than one area of study, would he/she have to pay tuition and deposit for each course?

If the student wants to enroll in more than one class, then he/his is required to pay the deposit and monthly tuition.

Call/email the Finance Office at finance@artisticmindsinstitute.com. You can also join the Artistic Minds Institute Association and give on a recurring basis.
